The Parkville Police Department Records Unit has developed policies and procedures regarding the release of reports that are in compliance with state and federal law. Copies of Police Reports are generally available within 7-10 business days after an incident has been reported. The Records Unit is open 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday - Friday and is closed on major holidays. To verify that your report is available, contact Police Secretary Cindy Liberty at 816-741-4454. Information contained in Police Reports will not be disseminated over the telephone. There are fees associated with copies of Police Reports. Contact the Record Unit for specific fee information.
