Lieutenant/Commander John Moyer began his law enforcement career in 1980 and with the Parkville Police Department in 1990. Lieutenant Moyer commands the City of Parkville's Emergency Management Operations Division. Lieutenant Moyer has developed guidelines, protocols and standards that will facilitate coordination for incident prioritization, critical resource allocation, and communication systems integration in emergency situations. Lieutenant Moyer has overall authority and responsibility for the management of all operations at the incident site.
