Parkville Municipal Court 8880 Clark Avenue Parkville, Missouri 64152 Phone: 816-741-1332 Office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday, except Holidays. Court is only held on Thursdays. The office will be closed from 3:30pm to 4:00pm on the evening of court. All defendants please have a seat in the courtroom. The clerk will call your name. Cell phones and pagers are to be turned to silent before entering the courtroom. The probation and plea dockets will begin at 4:30pm. Regular docket starts at 5:30pm. Fines and court costs are due the night you appear in court. This court does NOT give 'time to pay'. Cash, money orders, cashiers checks and credit/debit cards are accepted. No personal checks. (Attorneys may pay with firm checks). Defendants ordered to complete community service must complee the hours at a 'Not for Profit' location. Examples of 'Not for Profit' include,but are not limited to the following: Goodwill, Harvesters, Salvation Army, City of Parkville and local churches. Ask the clerk for a community service form. Every ticket is assessed with a court cost of $24.50 in addition to the fine. If a ticket is Nolle Pros a court cost will NOT be assessed. For defendants who have posted a cash bond please note that if you are receiving a refund you will not receive the refund tonight. Your refund check will be mailed to you. Attorneys please fill out an entry of appearance. We will attach the entry to the case file at the clerk's window. Please print clearly and include your bar number. If you are requesting a court appointed attorney, you will find the forms on the table otuside the courtroom. Return them to a court clerk. The prosecutor will not see a defendant unless an attorney represents the defendant.
