Have all residents of streets that will be affected by the closing, sign the City of Parkville's Block Party Request form indicating that they agree with the street being closed. Barricades must be furnished by the residents and must be visible after sunset. The barricades must be placed at each entrance to the area. Return the request to the Parkville Police Department no later than two weeks prior the Block Party date. The Chief of Police will confirm the approval of the event.
